Test
Cement or cementitious material was to be transferred from a self-discharging barge to a landside conveyor belt.

Challenge
The filling point is above the ship’s deck and due to the unloading the draught of the barge changes and thus the height distance between the ship’s deck and the filling point.
03.
Solution
Delivery of a screw conveyor with a vertical material inlet designed as a pivot point and adjustable in height via hydraulic cylinders. A height-adjustable loading bellows are used as a material transfer to the conveyor belt, which also serves as a compensator. After unloading, the entire system can be swiveled and stowed on deck.
