Task
With the help of a pneumatic ship unloader, cement was to be unloaded from bulk carriers and filled directly into lorries.
02.
Challenge
The direct filling of trucks does not result in continuous unloading. Placing the trucks underneath the loading set at the ship unloader takes a lot of time. A maximum of 4 to 5 trucks can be filled per hour. No permanent silo system may be placed on the pier.
03.
Solution
Port-mobile silo station with two loading lanes for continuous filling of cement trucks.
