Task
From a self-emptying cement ship, in addition to conveying into a silo plant, direct loading of trucks should also be possible.

Challenge
Due to the changing draught during the unloading and the tidal lift in the port, it was not possible to guarantee a constant distance between the loading set and the lorry.

Solution
A loading screw conveyor with loading tackle, adjustable in height via the angle of attack. For dust-free loading of the trucks, filter elements are integrated in the loading equipment.
